What's New December 2007

December 21  This from Al Hartman's daughter Hannah, a sargent in the military: "Anyone who wants to send things to the wounded can send to the following:
    VFW Post 8208
    PO Box 653
    Ruckersville VA 22968
VFW Post 8208 is accepting and delivering mail, packages and gifts to Walter Reed Army Medical Center."

December 19  David Mauldin is currently in the Master’s program at Cal State University Fullerton. He sent us the following email: "I am conducting an Oral History Project under the supervision of the department head, Dr. Hansen. I would like to interview 2 people who are presently involved in the Assembly. If at all possible I would like to have one interview with someone in leadership, the older the better, the other interview with someone who would qualify as a “lay” member. If you are a current member you qualify. Oral History projects have to keep to a very strict standard. I am only an objective facilitator. My questions are at your discretion and you will have the right to omit anything in the final manuscript. The goal of this project is to present history in a clear objective manner. If you are willing please contact me at dkmpsr@earthlink.net

December 16  Michael Spencer highly recommends an MP3 file, offered on the New Reformation Press website, by Dr. Rod Rosenbladt titled The Gospel for Those Broken by the Church. Relevant, no? The 47-minute MP3 is $3.45; also available as a pdf file for $2.45. See also Dr. Rod's article Christ Died for the Sins of Christians, Too.
